Gluten-Free Options?  Yes and No.  The products I use can be Certified Organic Gluten-Free, but this kitchen in not  "a Gluten Free Kitchen" .  That means any products made here cannot be called that.  My main objective is to offer products to clients who feel small amounts will not be a health factor to any special needs guests.  They are only meant to accompany the rest of your order.  No one should be left without a choice. Remember, "Indulge Responsibly" means something at Sweet Petites of Grand Traverse.
